3. I DO NOT HAVE AN AUTHORIZATION TO TEST CODE AND WANT TO PURCHASE ONE OR I WANT TO TAKE MY EXAM AT A PROMETRIC TEST CENTER.

   • My company is an SPI Member.
     
     
   • My company is NOT an SPI Member.
