Here are the instructions to reach the Society of the Plastics Industry – National Certification in Plastics exam(s) online or, if you prefer, to schedule the candidate's exam at a Prometric (formerly Sylvan) Testing Center (see instructions below). NO EXAM CAN BE ADMINISTERED WITHOUT A PROCTOR (proctors must register with NCP. Prometric testing center staff are qualified proctors). Be sure to carefully read all instructions. When accessing the website online, please be sure to scroll down the entire screen.
The exam candidate must have a photo ID available for the proctor to verify the candidate's identity and the candidates have their authorization-coupon code. To start the online testing process, begin at the NCP website, www.certifyme.org.

PROMETRIC TESTING CENTERS
The exam candidate wishing to use a Prometric (formerly Sylvan test center) must call Prometric at (800) 715-8345 to schedule the time and location for the exam after receiving your authorization to test letter from NCP headquarters. Instructions for scheduling to test can be found on the letter.
Coupons can be purchased by calling NCP Headquarters at 1-888-627-3660.
CANDIDATE SCORES
Candidate scores are available at the end of the exam. Candidates must click the “Advance Grading Report” link to access this information. Otherwise, the candidate will only see information that they completed the exam and passed or failed.
PROCTORS
New proctors will go to a proctor page on the NCP website. There, the proctor will find some guidelines and an agreement (pdf file). The agreement can be printed and faxed to SPI-NCP. Otherwise, prospective proctors can use email to submit the required information to NCP. NCP/NetCertification will generate a proctor id and password that will be sent back to the proctor.
